I started my real estate career in 2019 and have had many great opportunities to work on my own, as well as on some amazing teams as an agent on the Own Boise team at Keller Williams and a transaction coordinator on the Bauscher Team at Amherst Madison. Closing on over 550 transactions and $301 million in sales I decided to take a break, then start my own transaction coordinating business to bring streamlined processes, organization and time back to the hands of the agent.
I love spending time with family when I am not working. We love to travel, try new restaurants, snowboard and mountain bike.

Laura Buhler
Laura Buhler brings over two decades of experience in client-focused industries to her role as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with Gem State Transactions. With 14 years as a tax preparer and 10 years as a medical office manager, Laura has honed her skills in organization, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service — skills that have made her an essential part of coordinating $101 million in sales and counting alongside the Gem State team.
Outside of work, Laura is an avid lover of concerts, camping, skiing, and golfing, always seeking new adventures and enjoying the great outdoors. She is married to Spenser, a dedicated firefighter, and they share a daughter who is also embarking on her own real estate journey. Their son is currently attending Boise State University, and their family is completed by a beloved dog.
Laura continues to bring her experience and passion for helping others to every transaction, ensuring each one is seamless and successful.
